Volunteer &   Fund-raising Agreement

As with many children’s activities, we rely on parent volunteers and fund-raising to keep costs as low as possible and make this sport accessible to all.

I agree to meet at least one of the following criteria for each of the registrants on this form.

1: Directly help coaches or coordinators on training days and races days.

2: Serve on the QVSC Board or as a program coordinator.

3: Be a coordinator for a specific program i.e.: *Snow Stars* social or fund-raising coordinator.

4: Participate in a fund-raiser where the proceeds are retained by the club.

If I'm not able to fulfill the conditions of this agreement I understand and agree to pay a 15% surcharge based on the total program fee on this form.

This surcharge will be applied to registrant's next registration form.
