Athletes who are at least 11 years old (as of Dec. 31 of the current season), of a sufficient skill level and interested in competitive alpine ski racing may join the Alpine Race Team.
This is a national "entry level" program whose basic aim is to introduce and develop basic ski and ski racing skills for 5 to 13 year old children in an environment that emphasizes fun, teamwork and team spirit.

Athletes who are at least 8 years old (as of Dec. 31 of the current season), have achieved Level 4 in the Skill Awards Program and are interested in competitive ski racing can join the Development Team which bridges the gap to the Alpine Race Team.
Introductory level snowboarding courses are offered as part of the NGSL program. If numbers warrant, intermediate and racing programs will also be offered.

With a verticle drop of 292 feet (89 m) and 25 acres (10 hectares) of skiing area, Mission Ridge offers skiers and snowboarders an excellent facility in beautiful surroundings.

Table Mountain
Located about 26 kilometres northwest of The Battlefords, Table Mountain is open seven-days-a-week from January to March as well as every Wednesday and Friday night.
Wapiti Valley
Wapiti Valley Ski Area is located approximately 29 miles north of the City of Melfort in Saskatchewan, and offers downhill skiing and boarding on 12 slopes.
Blackstrap
Also known as "Mount Blackstrap" is a man-made skiing and snowboarding hill located 30 minutes south of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada east of Highway 11, the Louis Riel Trail. It is one of only a few man-made mountains in the world.
